Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or style
  • Accidental purchases
  • Personal preference
  • Items no longer wanted after delivery

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged during shipping.
  • Arrives with a manufacturing defect.
  • Is significantly different from the product you ordered.
  • Is the wrong item due to our error.
  • Is missing from your shipment.

Each request is reviewed individually.


Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • Any damage or defect
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label (if available)

Providing complete information helps us resolve your request more quickly.


Inspection Process

After receiving your request, we will:

  1. Review the information and photographs provided.
  2. Verify the order details.
  3. Determine whether the issue qualifies under this policy.
  4. Inform you of the outcome as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request additional information if needed.


Replacement Items

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

Replacement availability depends on product availability. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement or another appropriate solution.


Refunds

Where appropriate, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution and may take several business days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item.


Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Preference changes after purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review your request.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may be unable to change the address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost:

  1. Check the tracking information provided.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier if appropriate.
  3. Contact Hands2Heaven for assistance.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue whenever possible.


Delayed Deliveries

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you believe your order has been excessively delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.


Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is returned because it was:

  • Refused by the recipient,
  • Left unclaimed, or
  • Could not be delivered due to incorrect customer information,

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Made-to-order items.
  • Items returned due to customer preference.
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned outside the stated reporting period.

Fraud Prevention

Return Shipping

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
